No rate cards and no packages. Every shipment is routed and quoted on its own, because the right answer for a reefer load to Atlanta has nothing in common with a flat rack to St. Thomas.
Full containers and shared consolidations through JAXPORT, Port Everglades, PortMiami, Port Canaveral and Port Tampa Bay. We choose the gateway by where your cargo actually has to land, not by whichever port is easiest for us. Carrier space, cut-offs and rollover risk are watched from booking until discharge.
Consolidated and direct air freight through Orlando International, Orlando Sanford and Miami International, one of the country's main air gateways to Latin America. It's the right call for samples, high-value parts and anything that can't wait for a vessel. We arrange the air waybill, the screening appointment and the truck to the airport.
Dry van, reefer and flatbed capacity on the I-4, I-95 and I-75 corridors out of Central Florida and on to any of the lower 48 states. Full truckloads when you have the volume, shared LTL when it's a few pallets, and a dispatcher who actually picks up when you ask where the driver is.
Containers pulled from the terminal to your dock, and the empty returned before per diem starts running. We track last free day, chassis availability and terminal appointments at Florida's container ports so demurrage doesn't quietly eat your margin.
Short-term storage, cross-docking and pick-and-pack through partner facilities around Sanford and the Orlando metro, right on the I-4 corridor. Inbound freight is received, counted, photographed and put away, and you get the inventory report the same day.
We work alongside licensed customs brokers on entries, ISF filings and bonds, and we prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificates of origin so they agree with each other before the vessel sails. Exports get their EEI filed and their paperwork checked twice.
South Florida is the natural door to the Caribbean, Central and South America, and we ship those lanes every week: consolidated LCL to island markets, full containers to Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Brazil, and air for anything urgent. Our coordinators handle Spanish-language documents on both ends.
Machinery, boats, generators and anything else that won't fit inside a standard box. We plan flat racks, open tops, breakbulk and permitted oversize loads, including route surveys and escort coordination for Florida highway permits.
When a production line is down or a launch date can't move, we book next-flight-out air, team drivers or hot-shot trucks and keep someone on the shipment until it's signed for. You get one contact and steady updates without having to chase anybody.
All-risk cargo insurance arranged per shipment, because standard carrier liability rarely covers what your goods are worth. Every booking also comes with milestone tracking, stored documents and a shared shipment record you can forward to your own customer.
